Import and parse your daily broker's statements

Parse your broker's statements

Once logged in, go to menu item "Upload statements", then simply drag and drop (or select manually) your daily statements received from your brokerage firm. These should be in PDF format. You can see if the upload was successful by checking the upload status.

If you use an email client such as Thunderbird or similar you can simply drag and drop the attachment from the broker’s email directly into the browser.

Once you have uploaded the statements, our software does the rest; it will parse statement fields and save the extracted data. If parsing was done without any errors, the status should say "Finished".

Remove sensitive information from the statements

If you have any doubts or concerns in regards to the sensitive information contained within your statement files, we offer you the possibility to remove your name, address or any other bits of information right before uploading the PDF files to our web app. This can be done by simply downloading the free tool from the menu field "Upload statements".

Once downloaded just extract and run the executable file, no installation is needed. Select the folder containing your statements, output folder, statement type. Choose which sensitive information to remove or replace.

If this tool does not work please contact us and we will adapt it to your needs.
